Images, PDFs, text, HTML and signatures selected in our tools are processed on your device. Our tools do not send that content to a processing server, analytics endpoint or model API.

What the website requests

Your browser downloads the website and, when needed, processing libraries, a font index and selected font files from this site's host. These requests do not include your file contents or typed text. Like any website host, the hosting provider can receive request metadata such as your IP address, browser information and requested asset path. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

AI features

A few tools use AI models: AI image upscaling (Real-ESRGAN) and text recognition (OCR, Tesseract). The models are downloaded from this site and run on your device. Your images and text are not sent to an AI service, and nothing you process is used to train a model. There are no chat assistants or text generators on KittySuite.

Analytics and the Google tag

Every page of KittySuite loads the Google tag (Google Tag Manager), provided by Google. Through it we use Google Analytics to count visits and see how the site is used. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga), and Google receives request data such as the page address, your browser and device information and your IP address. Advertising features are not used, and we do not show ads.

Use of the Google tag is subject to the terms governing the Google service it is used with. Google processes this data under its own Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your files, file names, file contents, typed text and form fields are never sent to Google. If you choose “Allow analytics”, the site also reports simple tool events, such as a tool being opened, a file being selected, a task finishing or a download being clicked. These contain the page address and a file count only. You can change this choice at any time. To stop Google Analytics completely, block cookies for this site in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Feedback form

The feedback page is the only place where something you type leaves your device, and only when you press Send. The message, the optional name and email, and the tool you picked are sent to our form provider, Formspree, which stores them in our Formspree account and emails them to the KittySuite team. Files are never attached. Do not include passwords or personal documents. To see what we hold about you or have a message deleted, send a privacy request and tell us roughly when you wrote to us.

Children

The tools can be used by people of any age, and they collect nothing. The feedback form is the only place that asks for personal details, and it is not meant for children: if you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you send a message, and leave out your name and email. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a message a child sent.

Storage and permissions

Your theme and language preferences and a short list of tools you recently opened are stored in your browser so the homepage can show them again. The Markdown editor keeps your draft, and the invoice, quotation and receipt tools remember the business details you entered, so you can continue later. None of this leaves your device. Fonts and site assets may be cached by the browser. Files are held in memory while a tool is open; reset or navigation releases working references. Video and audio tools may write large working files to a private storage area of this browser; they are deleted when you leave the page, and anything left after a crash is removed the next time you open one of these tools. Files passed from one PDF tool to another are deleted when the next tool opens them; if it is never opened, they expire after ten minutes and are removed the next time you open a PDF tool. The button below removes all of them at once. Downloads are saved where your browser chooses. Camera access is requested only when you choose to scan or take a photo, and camera tracks stop when you finish or leave. Image tools can also save your own resize presets and workflows in this browser; they hold settings only, never images.

Clear data on this device

Remove everything KittySuite has stored in this browser: preferences, recent tools, drafts and saved business details, saved presets and workflows, temporary working files, cached processing engines and your analytics choice. Files you downloaded are not affected.

Links and HTML

Font source and licence links may open another site when you choose them. HTML tools remove scripts and external resources before rendering. They do not fetch URLs you paste. Browser extensions, the operating system and downloaded files are outside KittySuite's control.

Limitations

Local processing does not make every edit a security operation. Image blur is visual obfuscation. PDF crop hides edges without removing their underlying content. Redaction uses a separate raster rebuild workflow and discards the original PDF objects. Always review sensitive outputs before sharing.
