How do I resize my photo for a bank exam form?
Open the Bank exam photo preset, choose your photo and download. It prepares a 200 × 230 pixel JPG between 20 and 50 KB, which many bank exam notices ask for. Check your notice before uploading.
What is the password of an e-Aadhaar PDF?
UIDAI explains that the password is the first four letters of your name as printed on Aadhaar, in capital letters, followed by your year of birth (for example ABCD1990). KittySuite only uses the password you type, on your device.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. Photos, signatures and PDFs are processed inside your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, so it also works on slow connections once the page has loaded.
The portal still rejects my file. What should I do?
Compare the exact limits in the official notice with the result screen, which shows the real pixels and size in KB. Change the values in the tool and download again. Keep your original photo so you can try again.
