With regular expressions on, use $1, $2 in the replacement to insert captured groups and \n for a new line. Without them, every character is matched literally, so dots and brackets need no escaping. The number of replacements is shown under the result.

How do I replace a word everywhere in a text?
Paste the text, type the word to find and its replacement. Every match is replaced and the count is shown under the result.
Can I match whole words only?
Yes. Turn on “Whole words only” so “cat” does not match “category”. You can also ignore case.
Does it support regular expressions?
Yes. Turn on Regular expression and use $1, $2 in the replacement for captured groups and \n for a new line.
Do dots and brackets need escaping?
Not without regular expressions: every character is matched literally.
