About Remove Duplicate Lines
The first time a line appears it is kept; later copies are removed, so the order of your list does not change. Turn on “Ignore case” to treat “Apple” and “apple” as the same, and “Ignore spaces at the ends” for lists pasted from spreadsheets.

How do I remove duplicate lines from a list?
Paste the list or open a .txt or .csv file. The first copy of each line is kept and later copies are removed, so the order stays the same.
Can “Apple” and “apple” count as the same?
Yes. Turn on “Ignore case”.
Why are lines that look the same not removed?
They may differ by spaces at the ends. “Ignore spaces at the ends” is on by default for lists pasted from spreadsheets.
Are blank lines removed too?
Yes by default. Turn on “Keep blank lines” to leave them in place.
