About 2FA Code Generator (TOTP)
Codes follow RFC 6238: an HMAC of the current 30-second time step, the method used by Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and most services. Your device clock must be correct for the codes to work. The secret is not saved anywhere and disappears when you close the tab.
Everything is calculated in this browser tab with the Web Crypto API. The secret key is never sent or stored, so no one else can generate your codes from this page.
