About Organize PDF

Build a cleaner document by arranging its pages visually. Add PDFs to insert their pages, then move pages earlier or later, drag them into position, rotate quarter turns or delete unwanted entries. Preview a page when its thumbnail is not enough to distinguish it.

Export uses the selected pages in their displayed order. A change to page order can make printed page numbers or a table of contents inaccurate, because those marks are part of the original page content. Add new page numbers afterward if needed. Keep original source documents for audit trails and for features that page copying may not preserve.

Organize PDF: frequently asked questions

How do I rearrange the pages in a PDF?

Choose the PDF and drag the page thumbnails into the order you want. Rotate or delete pages with the buttons on each one, then save.

Can I add pages from another PDF?

Yes. Add more PDFs and their pages appear alongside, ready to be moved into position.

Will printed page numbers update?

No. Numbers printed on the pages are part of their content. Add fresh numbers afterwards with Page Numbers.

How can I check a page before moving it?

Open a page preview when the thumbnail is too small to tell similar pages apart.
