About Rounded Corners

The radius is a percentage of the shorter side, so a batch of different sizes looks consistent. JPG cannot store transparency; choose PNG or WebP, or fill the corners with a colour.

Processing happens in this browser tab: your images are never uploaded, and the result is ready as soon as you download it. Large photos take a moment longer on phones; nothing is limited by size.

Rounded Corners: frequently asked questions

How do I round the corners of an image?

Choose the images and set the corner radius. The radius is a percentage of the shorter side, so different sizes look consistent.

Why are the corners black or white instead of transparent?

Save as PNG, WebP or AVIF to keep transparent corners. If you need a solid colour instead, turn on “Fill corners with a colour”.

Can I make the image a full circle?

Use Circle Crop for round profile pictures. The highest radius here gives a rounded rectangle or an ellipse on non-square images.

Can I process several images?

Yes. The same radius is applied to every image in the batch.
